Luke

Owner/Mechanic

Luke began his automotive career working for a Lexus specialist where he completed his levels 1, 2 and 3 NVQ in Motoring Diagnosis, Repair, and Maintenance, along with his MIG Welding qualification. He then spent 10 years working for the AA as a Roadside Support Control Officer. Here he won 4 awards for Service Excellence.

In February 2020 Luke hung up his AA overalls and started The Car Clinic, and the rest is history! 

Ari

Receptionist

Ari is the friendly voice on the end of the phone. Previously she assisted with the management of a fleet of commercial vehicles at a local fencing company. 

Occasionally joining her in the office is Ari's rescue dog Saffi who has always excelled in customer service and will give a warm welcome to everyone she meets.

Ben

Apprentice Mechanic

Ben is our youngest staff member here at the Car Clinic. He has a great interest in banger racing, and spends his evenings building cars to take to meetings on the weekends.

This usually results in his cars being broken beyond repair, and the whole process starts again!
